Services provided:

  • Preparation of the women’s MENA tourism exchange group for their stay in Berlin and participation in the Berlin Travel Festival (incl. orientation to the fair)
  • Organisation of one digital preparatory meeting and development of concise information materials about Berlin, the festival, and relevant surroundings
  • Facilitation of optional matchmaking support by providing of relevant contacts (tour operators/ other tourism actors) and research of speaking/ presentation opportunities at the festival or related networking events
  • Booking and organisation of a suitable venue for a half-day in-person workshop/ get-together, including catering (coffee break + meal) for up to 25 people
  • Development and moderation of the workshop programme, including community building (icebreakers), reflection on benefits to date, future planning, and structuring/branding of the exchange group
  • Coordination of event logistics as needed
