Preparation of the women’s MENA tourism exchange group for their stay in Berlin and participation in the Berlin Travel Festival (incl. orientation to the fair)
Organisation of one digital preparatory meeting and development of concise information materials about Berlin, the festival, and relevant surroundings
Facilitation of optional matchmaking support by providing of relevant contacts (tour operators/ other tourism actors) and research of speaking/ presentation opportunities at the festival or related networking events
Booking and organisation of a suitable venue for a half-day in-person workshop/ get-together, including catering (coffee break + meal) for up to 25 people
Development and moderation of the workshop programme, including community building (icebreakers), reflection on benefits to date, future planning, and structuring/branding of the exchange group
