  • Development of detailed local capacity development programme with learning objectives, key topics, expected learning outputs and timeline
  • Delivery of multi-day classroom training on various topics, such as destination management, cultural heritage site management, destination marketing and promotion, innovative and sustainable product development, target group segmentation, etc.
  • Support GIZ in programme/agenda preparation for various study visits incl. joining the study visit
  • Revision of “East Serbia – Lower Danube Destination Marketing Plan” and provision of technical advice
  • Presentation of five outlines of newly developed cultural tourism products
  • Provision of recommendations for improvements of the destination cultural tourism performance and further capacity building in the cultural tourism sector
