  • Participation in a kick-off webinar to familiarise with the project and the methodological framework
  • Implementation of an initial online meeting with the service beneficiaries (= destinations) to present the technical conditions and requirements of the project and to prepare an in-person workshop
  • Preparation, implementation and follow up of an in-person workshop with the service beneficiaries in six European destinations to conduct a risk assessment, perform a SWOT analysis, brainstorm on possible measures for improving tourism governance and resilience of the destinations, as well as to design an action plan
  • Preparation, implementation and follow up of several remote advisory sessions with the service beneficiaries
  • Attending status sessions with Deloitte and provide feedback on how the services evolve incl. reporting
