  • Planning, design and delivery of a 3-day in-person training/workshop on Design Thinking for tourism for partner NGOs and their beneficiaries in Jalal-Abad
  • Conducting of six preparatory interviews with partner NGOs to assess needs and tailor the training content
  • Development of training materials, including a highly visual, easy-to-understand presentation with strong recognition and memorability
  • Preparation of a participant handout/manual in English
  • Development and implementation of an anonymous feedback/evaluation tool, including analysis and reporting back of results to the client
  • Production of a short workshop documentation/report covering key data, methodological approach, results, feedback evaluation, and an assessment of participants’ competencies
