Services provided:

  • Development of tourism policy frameworks (including implementation plans and roadmaps) to promote sustainable tourism aligned with national and regional priorities
  • Development of a comprehensive marketing framework for the Tourism Committee, including market research, objectives, and an implementation plan with tasks, budgets, timelines, and responsibilities
  • Design and delivery of capacity-building measures on modern marketing and strategic communication (e.g., digital marketing, brand management, segmentation, crisis communication, media relations, storytelling, and stakeholder negotiations)
  • Development of a regional brand identity package for Lori and Tavush (logos, taglines, colour schemes, visual guidelines, and brand messaging) through assessment and stakeholder engagement
  • Development of a comprehensive tourism marketing strategy and action plan for Lori and Tavush (target audiences, positioning, channels, activity plan, budgets, timelines, and performance metrics), including stakeholder presentation and final reporting
  • Provision of hands-on support to tourism businesses and the Tourism Innovation Academy on green/circular transformation (Green Key preparation support, technical/engineering advice on EE/RE, waste and water measures, site visits, and impact measurement incl. tools, data analysis, and training-of-trainers)
