Services provided:

  • Support for the technical design of two study trips to Germany under the GIZ project “Promotion of Sustainable Tourism in Tunisia,” in close coordination with GIZ and local partners
  • Design and facilitation of two half-day workshops (kick-off and wrap-up) for Study Trip 1, including preparation and moderation; documentation of results and action points
  • Design and facilitation of two half-day workshops (kick-off and wrap-up) for Study Trip 2, including preparation and moderation; participation in selected trip elements for input gathering as needed
  • Content planning of the route and organization of host institutions/meetings for Study Trip 2, including outreach, scheduling, and coordination of visit points
  • Implementation of a source-market analysis on German and European demand (Germany, France, Italy, UK) for culinary and outdoor/hiking tourism, including benchmarking Tunisia against comparable destinations and identifying product gaps and examples
  • Preparation, moderation and follow-up of a 3-hour virtual exchange with the project team (and selected local partners) to translate source-market insights into actionable guidance and recommendations for the GIZ project
