We are supporting the Palestinian Territories in the tourism recovery process. In this regard we are developing a monitoring system including a training programme to check compliance with COVID-19 standards, which mascontour played a major role in developing. In addition, we are creating six microlearning courses to further expand the E-Learning-Plattform für den palästinensischen Tourismussektor, which will serve as a tool to improve tourism service quality beyond COVID-19.
