On April 23 and 24 our project Preserving the Past, Securing the Future (PPSF) came together at the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk (Muzeum II Wojny Światowej w Gdańsku) for our second capacity building workshop on Social Responsibility & Community Engagement in Remembrance Tourism, organized by the LRE Foundation.
The workshop brought together experts from the cultural heritage and remembrance sector to engage in an intensive and practical exchange on how inclusion, accessibility and social commitment can be strengthened in World War II remembrance work. The sessions were designed and conducted by mascontour – Sustainable Tourism Consulting & Communication, with María T. Cruz Cortedano and Dr. Nicole Haeusler as lead speakers.
Special thanks go to Mateusz Jasik and Magdalena Jaszcza for the warm welcome and the informative tour of the museum and the Gdansk shipyard.
🔜 Next up: June 11-12 in Lucca (Italy), hosted by the Fondazione Campus Studi del Mediterraneo, with a focus on Economic Sustainability & Strategic Management. Stay tuned!
