  • Development of a pilot approach to build a regional DMO in close coordination with the relevant stakeholders
  • Development of an inception report that specifies the design of a DMO pilot project for Vlora and Shkodra in detail (Roadmap with tasks and activities, methodology and instruments, schedule including milestones and outputs as well as an approach for monitoring the implementation of the pilot rates)
  • Implementation of the DMO Roadmap with the actors responsible for the DMO (continuous stakeholder consultation and integration) in Vlora and Shkodra
  • Implementation of a training program for local players to build a DMO
  • Supporting a local NGO in implementing a DMO pilot project in Diber through coaching and information exchange
  • Organization of three regional study trips and an international study trip in Eastern Europe for actors Albanian DMOs
  • Support of the three regions in participating in the ITB Berlin
  • Organization of a national workshop for building DMOs
