On behalf of GIZ, Matthias is supporting business start-ups and development of a regional destination management organisation (DMO) in Northern Armenia. As part of our services, we have done an evaluation of grant applications and participated in the selection committee for awarding subsidies to start-ups in tourism. Moreover, Matthias implemented entrepreneurship capacity development workshops and mentorship sessions and gave technical advice on the professional development of local destination management organisations.
