Maeve, Nicole and Martin have been engaged with stakeholder talks, workshops and business coaching to support the local tourism industry. Some of the mascontour´s task were to support upgrading local businesses, improve their products and find ways to become more resilient. Maeve for example offered a workshop on “Coopetition!” (when to collaborate and when to compete). Nicole gave advice on successful destination management and Martin conducted a workshop on creative product development.
